The January 2025 meeting was at Jodi’s and everyone but Kay was present. The book for Dec-Jan was The Chancellor, by Kati Marton about Angela Merkel. The members liked the book. She was very diplomatic and kept her opinions to herself. Anne is watching The Crown and thought Margaret Thatcher is a lot like Angela Merkel.
