Hi Girls, it is your “optional” secretary doing book club minutes this month!

We missed you Sandie. We had a wonderful dinner at Cindy’s home, as usual. We enjoyed Roasted Carrot & Ginger Soup (which we want the recipe for), a lovely fall salad and Cheesecake dessert. Oh, I forgot the roasted Zucchini. All very good. We also enjoyed a Bergevin Lane “Linen” Sauvignon Blanc……..that Cindy purchased at a Wine dinner. It was delicious!

We discussed “The Boy’s in the Boat”, I do think everyone enjoyed this book.

November read is” Zeitoun”, by Dave Eggers.

Next meeting (Christmas get together) will be 4:30 pm at Giuseppe’s Tuesday December 2nd.

We also discussed bringing magazines to meetings, that we have read, and exchange them, rather than toss them out!
